The 32-year-old beauty queen — whose Malibu bridal shower was in May — shared three photos of them canoodling in a pool.
She wrote, ‘Happy birthday to the best thing that ever happened to me! I can’t wait to marry you.’
In the intimate pictures Culpo pulled her dark hair off her face and smiled softly before leaning in to kiss the NFL hunk.

Christian is a running back with the San Francisco 49ers and has been romantically linked to the reality TV star since 2019.
He got down on one knee while presenting her with a large diamond engagement ring while they vacationed at the Amangiri resort in Utah.
The future Mrs. McCaffrey shared the happy news on Instagram, writing ‘4.2.23’ in her caption.

McCaffrey’s birthday comes four days after he signed a two-year extension with the San Francisco 49ers to set a new salary record for running backs in the NFL.
After leading San Francisco to the Super Bowl in 2023, he has landed a deal worth $38million — $19m per season.

McCaffrey is the reigning offensive player of the year after rushing for 14 touchdowns and a career-best 1,459 yards in 2023.

Olivia and Christian struck up their romance during summer 2019 and were together nearly four years when he proposed in April 2023.

Olivia previously dated NFL heartthrob Danny Amendola, but they split in 2018 after he was seen frolicking on a beach with another woman.
