Olivia Molly Rogers has netted a cool $215,00 profit selling her Melbourne home after her shock split from husband Justin McKeone.

The former Miss Universe Australia, 30, auctioned off her Glen Iris townhouse on Monday with two bidders competing before the hammer eventually falling on a bid of $1.25m, a massive $100,000 above their $1.15m reserve.

The bidding kicked off with a $1.05M vendor bid, with the home eventually going to a couple who were downsizing, according to realestate.com.au.

Olivia bought the three-bedroom home in 2020 for $985,000, before her and ex-husband Justin renovated the home boosting the value significantly.

Olivia revealed she had moved out of the Glen Iris property she shared with her ex last month, telling her 193,000 Instagram followers she was doing some handiwork, including replacing the door handles and cleaning up. 

‘Getting the house ready to sell and I’ve finally had all of my handles replaced with these gorgeous gold ones,’ she wrote.

She later shared a candid confession about how difficult selling her home had been.

‘Getting the house ready has been a bloody hard job but I am almost done,’ she wrote.

‘Thank god for Airtasker. That app and the awesome people on there have been life savers. A gardener is coming soon thankfully.

‘Tomorrow the real estate agent’s marketing team will come through to take pics and videos and on the weekend the house will be on the market!’

Rumours about Olivia and Justin’s marriage began swirling in September after fans noticed she’d reverted to her maiden name on Instagram.

Olivia finally addressed her break-up in an Instagram post on October 3.

‘After 4.5 years together, Justin and I have come to the difficult decision to separate as a couple,’ she wrote.

‘I do not wish to make any further statements about this in the near future.

‘Please respect our decision and privacy at this time. Thank you for all your private DMs, kindness and support.’
