Panic! at the Disco fires guitarist after allegations of sexual misconduct minor surface on Twitter

Panic! at the Disco fired their guitarist, Kenny Harris, after allegations of sexual misconduct surfaced from someone who says she was a minor when he asked her for selfies.

On Thursday, Twitter user @donasnooze whose handle says her name is Ashley, shared a thread about her experience Snap chatting with Harris when she was 16-years-old.

She shared that in April of 2016 she sent a snap to Harris, who is married with a child, and he replied.

She says after a week she said she asked him if he would throw her a guitar pick from the stage when she had tickets to a Panic! at the Disco show in July.

A woman who is on Twitter as Ashley says she received requests for explicit selfies from Panic! at the Disco’s guitarist Kenny Harris

‘He agreed, but only if I’d send him a ‘pic’ first. Me being the dumb 16 YEAR OLD that I was at the time, asked him ‘what kind of pic’, hoping he just wanted another selfie (not that that’s any better) but noope,’ Ashley shared to Twitter.

She says she kept putting it off and made excuses for not sending anything provocative until he eventually stopped Snapping with her.

‘All in all. he stopped snapping me after he realized he wasn’t gonna get what he wanted.’

After she shared her story, other people messaged her sharing similar interactions that they claimed to have had with Harris when they were underage.

Ashley shared those allegations on Twitter as well.

One woman said he was snapping with her then 13-year-old sister.

Another Twitter user said she as 13-years-old when she sent selfies to different celebrities thinking no one would answer her.

The only reply she received was from Harris who allegedly wrote, ‘Such a cutie.’

That woman wrote, ‘i didn’t answer bc i was scared but like what the f*** i was 13.’

Another woman alleged that she blocked Harries when she was 13 because he bombarded her with requests for selfies.

That woman wrote, ‘I don’t have any proof as I deleted that account but I’m glad I wasn’t the only girl.’
