‘I am a firm believer in the 80/20 rule… 80% healthy, 20% treat,’ Pia told Vogue Australia.
‘Depriving myself of certain foods has never worked for me, so I listen to my body and try to eat as healthy as possible when I can,’ Pia said.
She said she tries to have a session with a personal trainer about two times a week.
‘I usually try and see a personal trainer once or twice week – I need the push. And then if I have time I’ll do a yoga class to wind down towards the end of the week,’ she said.
