Police hunt for moped-riding ‘delivery driver’ sex attacker after six assaults on women including one on a 14-year-old girl
- Six women were attacked in Hornsey, Crouch End and Stroud Green, London
- Moped driver would approach women walking alone before following them
- Youngest victim was attacked at 8.45pm on March 29 on The Broadway
Police are on the hunt for a ‘delivery driver’ sex attacker who has assaulted six women over the past two months, including a 14-year-old girl.
Each of the women had been walking home alone when they were approached by a man on a moped who followed them before attacking them.
They were all assaulted in the Hornsey, Crouch End and the Stroud Green areas of north London between March 3 and April 18 this year. Their ages range between 14 and 29.

The victims described the man as generally wearing dark clothing, and added that his moped had a box on the back, which police believe suggests he is a delivery driver.
Detective Inspector Pete Dyche, of the North Area Command Unit, who is leading the investigation, said: ‘We are keeping an open mind as to any links amongst these crimes.
‘We are carrying out a number of urgent enquiries as part of our investigation and are doing our utmost to catch the perpetrator(s).
‘I would advise that anyone walking alone in the evening in these areas to be mindful of their surroundings and to report any suspicious activity to police immediately.’
