A Washington state model is suing veteran porn star Ron Jeremy, claiming he sexually assaulted and groped her while they were promoting an adult store last year.
Kristin Brodie, 22, filed the lawsuit on Friday in King County Superior Court against the 65-year-old adult film icon, whose real name is Ronald Jeremy Hyatt, after Tacoma city and Pierce County prosecutors declined to file criminal charges in connection to the alleged assault.
The lawsuit claims Brodie was working for Seattle radio station KISW at a Tacoma sex shop promotional event in September 2017 when Jeremy assaulted her four times.
According to the graphic complaint, on September 22, Brodie was working as a KISW ‘Rock Girl’ and the event was held at the Castle Megastore, an adult retailer in Tacoma.

The suit alleges Hyatt pulled down Brodie’s shirt and bra without permission, ‘violently’ groped her breast under the guise of signing her chest, to which she had agreed to maintain ‘an atmosphere of “fun,”‘ according to the court filing.
When Brodie went to get a selfie with Jeremy, her complaint alleges that he grabbed her buttocks, then placed his finger inside her genitals over her underwear, asking, ‘Did that give you goosebumps?’
Brodie states in her civil complaint that Jeremy also allegedly sucked on her neck and placed his mouth over her nipple as she was trying to move away from him.
The 22-year-old plaintiff claims she has suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of her encounter with Jeremy that day, and she blames her miscarriage on the alleged assaults.
Brode is seeking unspecified damages. Her attorney, Anne Bremner, told the Seattle P.I. Brodie wanted to be publicly identified.
Jeremy’s lawyer Stuart Goldfarb denied the porn star touched Brodie’s genitals and suggested that his appearances often include consensual touching.
In an interview with KOMO NewsRadio, Goldfarb questioned why would Brodie pose for a selfie with Jeremy after he had groped her breast without consent, as her lawsuit alleges.
‘If, in fact, she felt it was inappropriate, she should have said something and believe me, he wouldn’t have touched her,’ said the attorney.

The porn legend and stand-up comic, who has said of himself that he was a ‘groper’ but not a rapist, was recently accused by a dozen other women of sexual misconduct panning three decades in a Rolling Stone article in December 2017.
One actress claimed Jeremy raped her twice in December 1997, while others accused him of assaulting them at conventions.
In January, Jeremy was banned from the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo and Awards in Las Vegas because of the allegations.
He told Rolling Stone: ‘I have never and would never rape anyone,’ however he did admit to groping women. ‘I get paid to show up to these shows, events, and photo shoots and touch the people and they touch me.’
Accusations against him first gained traction when adult film star Ginger Banks began detailing Jeremy’s alleged improprieties with multiple different women, including herself, in the adult film industry, releasing a video in June 2017.
In April, TMZ reported that law enforcement officials in California were investigating Jeremy after a woman claimed that he followed her into a bathroom at the Rainbow Bar & Grill in December and groped her.
