The Made in Chelsea star, 35, was glowing in the beach snaps from their family getaway over New Year, before celebrating the tot’s second birthday on Monday.

Sharing an update to Instagram upon on her return home, Ashley smiled for the camera before planting a kiss on Alfie’s cheek.
She went makeup free for the stunning photos, with her long blonde hair pulled into a messy high ponytail.
Alfie was dressed in a swimsuit emblazoned with cute whales and an orange cap to protect him from the sun.

‘My baby boy is 2,’ Ashley penned in a lengthy caption before giving an insight into motherhood and sharing some of Alfie’s favourite things.
‘What can I say? Motherhood has been a bigger journey than I ever could have imagined, but through all the highs and lows of it, my love for Alfie has been constant.’

She continued: ‘He’s just the best and it’s just a joy to create a tiny human and watch them grow and experience life for the first time. Watching his personality develop is the most incredible thing in the world, and I feel so lucky to be his mama.
‘Here’s some things about Alfie I love: That he’s always counting on his fingers. He loves numbers and can count up to 100. His favourite number is 91!
‘The way he says ‘hello’ and ‘gruffolo’ (gucky-lo). Those two words alone melt my heart.’

Ashley added: ‘The way he asks for a magic kiss every time he bumps himself. Sometimes he just pretends he has a “poorly eye” so he can have the magic kiss.
‘How excited he gets when his daddy walks into the room after leaving. How excited he gets to run through to our room and wake us up in the morning… Even when that’s at 3am.
‘His love of books and how excited he gets when we go to the library. I hope he always stays eager to learn.
‘The way he loves all his people – both his family, his childcare providers, and all the little people he’s become friends with.’
