Lottie and the tennis player, 30, announced that they were expecting a baby boy back in February, sharing the sweet news to Instagram.
Lottie – who is half-sister to singer Louis Tomlinson – shared a cute gender reveal clip in which she and her beau let off a cannon of blue confetti and powder.
As the cannon went off, Lottie held her hands up to her face in excitement, before she turned and hugged Lewis.
