Crown Princess Mary wasted no time in getting active after touching down in Australia last week for Christmas, as she was pictured out jogging in Sydney on Tuesday morning.
The Australian-born royal and future Denmark queen worked up a sweat with her husband Crown Prince Frederik and son Prince Vincent, 11 in tow.
The 50-year-old mother-of-four opted for an Under Armour cap, a Lululemon grey vest and navy blue leggings and grey Asics runners for the workout.
She wore her long brunette hair up in a ponytail as she blended in with locals and set the pace with 11-year-old Vincent, with Prince Frederik struggling to keep up behind her.

Prince Frederik showed off his shark tattoo on his leg in Hawaiian-print shorts, black runners, a white T-shirt and matching socks, while Vincent opted for a Nike T-shirt, black shorts and black trainers.
The prince has a tattoo on his right bicep and another on his calf, both symbolic of his time spent with the Danish navy’s elite soldiers.
The trip to Australia marks the Danish royal family’s first official visit Down Under since 2013, although Mary made a ‘secret’ trip to Melbourne in 2021 for her 50th birthday.
The visit this time is a private trip, meaning she is not in Australia in any official capacity.
A statement from the royal household read: ‘In December, the Crown Prince’s family will travel on a private Christmas holiday in Australia to celebrate the holiday with HRH the Crown Princess’s family.
‘It has been five years since the Crown Prince coupled together with their four children last visited the Crown Princess’s homeland.’

It is expected that the royal family will be spending Christmas with the Donaldson family in Tasmania, where Mary was born.
It is believed the family will stay at Government House in Tasmania, where they resided during their last visit.
However, they have spent this week in Sydney, during which time the family have been pictured at Sydney’s Bondi beach on a walk with Mary’s best friend and bridesmaid Amber Petty.
Princess Mary has also made time to drop in at Sydney’s Shell House restaurant, a bar and restaurant inside a historically significant palazzo-style building in Sydney.
She posed alongside security guard Mourad Ayat on Friday, who shared a photo of the pair together on Facebook.
The royal is understood to have dined at the establishment, which offers locally sourced produce.

Heir to the throne Frederik and his wife Princess Mary’s four children remain unaffected by Margrethe’s decision as they are direct descendants of the future King.
Joachim, 53, and his second wife Princess Marie, 46, who is mother to his youngest two children, have said their relationship with Frederik and Mary is ‘complicated’.
Mary’s husband, Frederik recently spoke publicly for the first time since his mother, Queen Margrethe II, announced that she would be stripping the prince and princess titles from Prince Joachim’s four children.
Heir to the throne, Frederik had remained quiet since the announcement, but broke his silence to say: ‘It is sad to see how affected he has been by the decision.’

They maintained a long-distance relationship for a year, with Frederik making secret trips Down Under before Mary moved to Denmark to study Danish language at Copenhagen’s Studieskolen in 2001.
In early 2003, Frederik’s mother Queen Margrethe publicly acknowledged the relationship and the couple announced their engagement at Amalienborg Castle later that year on October 8.
