Merrick Watts and his wife Georgina are moving to a fascinating new home.
The comedian and radio star, 47, who recently appeared on SAS Australia, has snapped up a converted church in the beach-side suburb of Maroubra, in Sydney.
The couple have dropped a cool $3.75 million for the unusual property, and may be planning to make renovations.

Domain reported on Saturday that they previously enlisted architect Virginia Kerridge to convert their previous home – a warehouse space.
The pair like unique spaces and previously lived in what was once Oh Boy Candy company factory in Lilyfield.
They offloaded that property for a record $6 million last year, passing it on to renovation queen Cherie Barber.

The converted Maroubra church, which is over a century old, last sold in 2014 for $2.3 million.
After its time as a church, it was a school, before becoming a residential space.
