Rita Ora shows her support for Pip Edwards’ fashion brand P.E Nation amid fresh rumours the socialite had a toxic falling out with co-founder and best friend Claire Greaves

Rita Ora showed love for Australian activewear brand P.E Nation, founded by socialite Pip Edwards, on Friday.

The British singer, 33, took to Instagram to share a candid snap of herself wearing her ‘favourite’ $169 jacket from the fashion line.

Zipping the black frock all the way up, the pop star pulled the collar up to hide part of her face as she took the photo and tagged the clothing line.

The celebrity endorsement comes as Pip, 43, faces fresh rumours she had a toxic falling out with P.E Nation co-founder Claire Greaves.

Claire and Pip denied they had a relationship breakdown last year, despite Claire having her office at the headquarters cleared out while on extended leave.

A company spokesperson confirmed last week Claire will keep her share of the business, but Pip was now the sole ‘visionary’ creative director.

They said: ‘Pip and the company are in complete support of Claire’s transition to pursue other creative endeavors and wish her the absolute best in her next chapter.’

Only a year ago, Daily Mail Australia revealed Claire’s office at P.E Nation’s headquarters in Alexandria, in Sydney’s inner-west, had been converted into a creative space while she took a leave of absence.

At the time, a well-placed source claimed the co-founders were embroiled in a feud – which P.E Nation and Claire herself denied, insisting the pair were ‘committed and collaborative business partners’.

But Daily Mail Australia understands the real reason Claire – who has a restraining order against her ex-husband, Tim Tregoning – has moved away from the everyday management of the business is due to ongoing tensions between the pair.

A source with knowledge of the situation said there was ‘no love lost’ in the decision to end their business partnership.

Claire did not address her split with Pip after the announcement last Thursday, and instead posted photos of her trip to Los Angeles on Instagram.

Pip also didn’t address Claire’s departure from the business, but instead posted that P.E Nation had achieved B Corp status – which means it has reached global recognition for its sustainability efforts.

Rumours of Claire’s departure from P.E Nation had been circulating for months, partly fuelled by her extended absence from the office.

Claire and Pip were pictured together at the Australian Fashion Laureate in October, but Claire appears to have spent a lot of time in Byron Bay recently, where she is involved with luxury guesthouse, Sun Ranch.
