Skye Wheatley has revealed she got into a tense row with a beautician while getting an intimate wax.
The influencer, 30, took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday to share details of the very heated exchange as she fumed over the alleged experience.
She claimed she was left raging after a beautician warned her not to tell her ‘how to do her job’ while she got a Brazilian wax done at a Gold Coast salon.
In a video, she brutally slammed the beautician as she detailed their heated fight, which allegedly came after Skye gave her advice on her waxing technique.
‘It’s going to be dramatic when I say it, but I can’t describe the way this b***h has made me feel,’ Skye – who used to be a beauty therapist – fumed.
Skye said she had visited a different salon than normal because she was in a rush, but was left confused when the beautician started using ‘tiny’ wax strips and tweezers.
The I’m A Celebrity Australia 2024 winner admitted it was less painful but was not impressed by the beautician’s technique, which she claimed took much longer.
‘She’s doing tiny little wax things and I’ve been a beauty therapist before so like I was really good at doing Brazilians,’ she said.

She then claimed the beautician had a very unimpressed reaction when Skye told her not to be shy about using wax strips on her, rather than tweezers.
‘She turns around, she death-stares me and she goes ”I’m the professional here, you will not tell me how to do my job, I will wax it however I think is correct”,’ Skye claimed.
‘I was just like holy s**t, I was really taken aback!’
‘I’m not sensitive but that would have made someone else cry,’ she went on. ‘She looked like she was going to eat me, the eyes looked possessed!’
Skye said she told the beautician she used to work in the industry so knows how to wax, but didn’t complain to the salon because she was in a rush.
‘I guess I was starting to be a little bit of a smart-arse because I said ”oh sorry I did used to be a beauty therapist actually, so I do know how to wax”,’ she added.
‘There was a million things I could have done, but I was like, no I’m in a hurry and wasn’t about to get up and walk out.’

Her post comes after the social media star, who shot to fame on Big Brother in 2014, revealed her plans to travel to Turkey for a ‘fox eye’ lift.
She revealed in a recent Instagram video that she will be heading overseas to get the controversial cosmetic procedure.
‘I am going to Turkey. I am getting the fox eye lift. It is pretty much a half face lift. The surgery itself is not very invasive,’ she said.
‘I want the smallest little lift, I don’t want to look crazy, I don’t want my eyebrows to be any higher than they are. I just want a little bit of a lift when my face is relaxed.’
‘I know a few people who have had it and they look amazing,’ she continued.
‘At lot of people watching this don’t know much about surgeries and will think I’m going to look older, that’s fine but I’m still doing it.’
The fox eye thread lift raises the edges of the brows using a dissolvable PDO (polydioxanone) thread, aiming to recreate the look of the surgical fox eye lift without the need for an operation.

Detailing her other cosmetic plans, Skye admitted she also wants to have liposuction on her inner thighs and arms, but is worried it will look unnatural.
‘I’m also thinking I would love to get lipo here again because my doctor didn’t take enough,’ she continued.
‘I’ve always been like this and I’ve had tweaks done. I’ve had my nose done. I love treatments and I love that they make you feel more confident. I really want to be open and honest about what I’m having done.’
‘I don’t want people thinking I’ve had a BBL. I don’t know if I would go down the liposuction route,’ she added.
