The only problem with the ad was that later it was learned it was all a joke.

The individual who posted the ad said it was all designed to gauge the responses from people, according to KRQE-TV.

Others on Facebook then shared the post as if it were their own – tricking more people into believing it was real.

The post seemed to trigger a number of responses – from disgust to amusement.

‘Anyone in need of a used coffin with body fluids added,’ wrote one Facebook user.

‘This is just creepy. Who would actually buy something like this what do you say I can remodel the inside no problem.’

‘Just in case anyone want to die anytime soon it’s slightly used,’ wrote another Facebook user.

‘My God, people, lighten up,’ wrote one Facebook user who found the humor in the situation.

‘I hate to break it to you but everyone is going to die. Hell I would have bought it for 60 bucks. Coffins are expensive.’
