Spice Girl Geri Halliwell-Horner, 51, shows off her lithe physique in a signature white swimsuit for a lake day with her children

Geri Halliwell-Horner showed off her lithe physique in a signature white swimsuit for a lake day with her children in Austin, Texas on Saturday.

Ginger spice, 51, looked as ravishing as ever in the off-the-shoulder number, which showed off her toned limbs and youthful frame.

Geri donned her signature white, which made her famous ginger locks pop and emphasised her tanned skin.

The pop icon was enjoying a day out by the lake with her children, and pointed out turtles swimming past.

‘There’s so much turtles!’ her son Monty could be heard saying sweetly, while Geri called it a ‘turtle adventure’ in her Instagram post.

One fan commented: ‘Imagine Ginger Spice rolling up on your lake day!’

Once known for her famous Union Jack mini dress during her time in Spice Girls, Geri has rarely been seen stepping out in colour since early 2019 and instead has adopted white as a uniform for everything from the red carpet to mucking out stables.

‘There’s a power in covering up. I didn’t realise that. I don’t need to overshare,’ she said of her wardrobe in an interview with the Sunday Times.

The singer, 51, shares Bluebell, 17, with her screenwriter ex Sacha Gervasi, with whom she had a relationship with in 2005. They split prior to her birth.

She went on to marry Formula 1 team principal, Christian Horner, 49, in 2015. They have a son together named Monty, six.

Geri admitted that she now finds ‘compromising a challenge’ when raising Monty with her ‘loving’ husband Christian due to her past experience.

Joining Giovanna Fletcher on her Happy Mum Happy Baby podcast last week the Spice Girl drew on her ‘very different set-ups’ of raising both her children.

She explained that while she needed ‘broad shoulders’ to raise Bluebell as a single parent, she later struggled when ‘learning how to be a team.’

Geri told Giovanna: ‘I’ve experienced both and I can tell you that, yeah I had my mom to help me with Blue. So I’m very grateful. And her granddad is gorgeous so it was a fantastic role model for her.

‘He takes her to football, which is amazing and I think you know, they both have their blessings and challenges.

‘Being a single parent, mother you don’t have to answer to anyone, but it’s all on you. And that can be quite stressful and you have to be responsible. All the responsibilities are on you in every way.

‘Broad shoulders are needed and sometimes it’s lonely. So I’ve experienced that. And then, you know, having the blessing of having a lovely husband or partner, which I’ve experienced. That’s amazing.

‘So it’s not all on you, but then you’ve got to compromise, we might have, you know, we’re all different in the way we think things should be done. So learning to be a team, which has been a challenge for me.’
