Steve Jacobs’ estranged wife Rosie shares an uplifting message about overcoming obstacles

She moved back to Australia from Vanuatu in July after separating from her husband, Steve Jacobs, 51, last year.

And Rosie Jacobs, 39, shared a cryptic Instagram post alluding to her personal struggles on Tuesday.

The mother-of-two, who also split from her Canadian boyfriend Dylan Nash in recent months, posted an uplifting message for the ‘strong women’ in her life.

‘She made broken look beautiful and strong look invincible’: Steve Jacobs’ estranged wife Rosie alludes to her personal struggles… following split from Canadian commando Dylan Nash

The quote read: ‘She made broken look beautiful and strong look invincible. She walked with the Universe on her shoulders and made it look like a pair of wings – Ariana Dancu.’

Rosie added the caption: ‘For all the strong, smart and spectacular women in my life. A reminder of what we are capable of.’

The wise quote comes more than two months after Rosie split from ex-commando soldier Dylan, 32, and moved back to Australia with her two daughters – Isabella, seven, and Francesca, five.

A source told Daily Mail Australia in July that the brief relationship ‘fizzled out’ and had been ‘the talk of the expat community in Port Vila, Vanuatu’.

The former lovebirds met through mutual friends in Vanuatu and began dating after Rosie’s marriage to former Today show weatherman Steve fell apart.

Rosie and her estranged husband Steve had relocated to Vanuatu with their children in early 2017 in what friends say was a ‘last-ditch attempt’ to save their marriage.

However, Rosie decided to return home in the wake of their ongoing divorce.

‘About to take the leap! Leaving the Pacific Islands to restart a life in Australia. My beautiful girls by my side,’ Rosie wrote on Instagram.

She added the hashtag: ‘Couldn’t be happier’.

In March, a source close to Rosie and Steve claimed they had ‘grown in different directions’ and split several months after moving overseas.

‘They’ve grown in different directions and want different things in life now,’ a friend said at the time.

‘Steve and Rosie had such a public image of the perfect happy family, but behind the scenes there were struggles that would put a strain on even the best marriage.’

The former couple were together for 11 years and married for seven.
