Stunning Melbourne penthouse renovated on The Block by fan favourites Jess Eva and Norm Hogan hits market for $3million after having $500,000 slashed from its price tag

A Melbourne penthouse renovated on The Block back in 2018 by Jess Eva and Norm Hogan has hit the market again after having half a million dollars slashed from its asking price.

Located in St. Kilda, the luxury three-bedroom, two-bathroom spread went on the market earlier this year with a price guide of $3million – $3.3million.

But after failing to attract suitable buyers the gorgeous pad it has now been listed at $2.9million-$3.15million. 

According to Domain, the ultra-modern apartment with spectacular city views has been struggling on the market for more than a year. 

In 2022, it was withdrawn from sale after 220 days when it was listed with a price guide of $3.4million-$3.7million.

Norm and Jess rose to fame on the 2018 season of The Block. Jess later starred on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! and is currently a presenter on Triple M Sydney.
