Former Sugababes singer Amelle Berrabah has announced her first pregnancy.
Five months after bandmate Heidi Range revealed that she was expecting in 2018, the 33-year-old singer revealed on Christmas Day that she and husband Marcio Sousa Rosa were starting a family.
Speaking about ‘eating for two’, Amelle hinted at her news in a cryptic post before calling herself ‘mumma’ in her first bump snap.

Alongside a photograph of her traditional roast, she said: ‘Hope everyone had a great Christmas! Ate so much but then again, I’m eating for 2… so I get a pass!’
She then used her Boxing Day to burn off some off that grub by doing a light workout and stretch session.
Amelle quipped: ‘Just did a very light workout and stretch… now it’s time to go eat some good food. Mumma’s hungry!’
The Sugababes singer was flooded with sweet congratulatory messages from fans and admitted she doesn’t know what she’s having yet as she’s only three months.
She wrote: ‘I’m about 3 months so don’t know yet.’
Amelle’s baby news comes exactly a year after she said she wasn’t ‘ready’ for kids.
She said: ‘I love babies, I love kids. I would definitely like to have them in the future but I’m not ready yet. I’m too busy with my career but I would like to have them.’

The brunette beauty married Marcio in a low-key ceremony in Mauritius just six days after the hunk popped the question during a trip to the exotic island in October 2014.
But the couple were the hot topic of conversation in 2015 when divorce rumours began to swirl – although Amelle was quick to shoot the cruel speculation down.
She explained at the time: ‘It’s funny how we were suddenly getting divorced when it wasn’t even an issue. That was never the case.
‘We’re still together, still happily married, still got my ring. Maybe it’s my fault because when I get asked about my personal life, I don’t comment so I don’t set the record straight.’
Meanwhile, Sugababes singer Heidi Range, 34, recently revealed she too was expecting her first baby, nicknamed Pip.
Earlier this month, she took to Instagram to prove she had double reason to celebrate as she officially tied the knot with beloved husband Alex Partakis.

Heidi was feeling nostalgic as she shared images from her official ceremony in San Galgano Abbey, Chiusdino in Tuscany.
The star looked radiant in an elegant ivory coloured silk gown that brushed the floor as she walked and clung close to her figure.
Then, later in the day, standing in the middle of the stunning Tuscan monastery, they shared a stunning gothic snap with the sun blaring behind them.
The union comes just a few weeks after she revealed she was expecting her first baby, that she had nicknamed Pip.

Heidi announced the couple’s happy news in the new issue of HELLO! magazine. The former Sugababes singer hoped to conceive ‘straight away’, but it took longer than she expected.
Heidi – who is due to give birth in January – said: ‘It has been a big year for us. Our wedding was amazing and then I had hoped I would fall pregnant straight away.
‘But as each month went by, I would take a test and I got used to it always being negative. So when it came back positive it was a shock.’
The 34-year-old star thinks the timing of her pregnancy was particularly ‘special’.

She explained: ‘We moved into our house at Easter after spending two years renovating it and we think that was the same weekend we conceived.
‘It was like it was meant to be. It was so special that it happened in our first family house together. It’s made our home have this lovely feeling about it.’
Heidi and 37-year-old Alex don’t yet know the sex of their unborn baby but are planning a gender reveal party to celebrate with their loved ones in the coming weeks. Heidi and Alex were set up by her personal trainer in early 2014, and felt and instant connection.

Their first date was a restaurant in London’s Notting Hill and they have been inseparable ever since.
The Push the Button hit-maker revealed in an interview with the Scottish Daily Record published not long before the engagement, that she was hoping for a proposal but didn’t want to jinx things.
‘I try not to think about it – I could be waiting a long time’, she joked when asked whether an engagement was on the cards.
