‘We are hungry and absolutely NOT secretly fed!’ Survivor star Sarah Ayles, 45, reveals she lost six kilos in just 18 days on reality TV show in Fiji
Survivor contestant Sarah Ayles, 45, lost six kilograms during her brief 18-day stint on the Channel 10 reality TV show.
On Tuesday night’s episode, Sarah was completely blindsided when she was eliminated from the Champions tribe, six votes to two.
Speaking to TV week, the cleaner revealed her dramatic weight loss on Survivor and denied that contestants were secretly fed when the cameras weren’t rolling.

‘I lost six kilos, but I think I probably also lost a little bit from the time I left here in Australia to when I was out there,’ she said.
‘I stopped eating chocolate and all the stuff you eat at home that you shouldn’t so I think I probably lost two kilos before I got officially weighed.’
Sarah’s total weight loss was eight kilograms, combining her shedding before the show and during her time on the show.

The mother said the exertion from challenges, trekking to them and constant walking up and down the beach also played a role in her weight loss.
‘We are absolutely not getting secretly fed. We’re hungry and those are some really physical challenges,’ she added.
The mother of two began the show on the Contenders tribe before being switched over the the Champions on day 15.
But on day 18, the cleaner had her torch snuffed out after an alliance led by Andy resulted in her being eliminated in a landslide vote.

Fellow eliminated Survivor contestant Sam Schoers lost a whopping eight kilos during the 16 days she spent filming the Island-based reality series.
The 30-year-old, who was eliminated on Monday night’s episode, revealed her weight loss in a swimsuit selfie on Tuesday.
Sam suffered an epic blindside when she was booted from Australian Survivor on Monday night.
