Tammy Hembrow has been defended against ‘mum shaming’ trolls who slammed her for announcing that she was taking a holiday without her children.
The fitness influencer posed alongside her three young kids in an Instagram post on Friday and revealed that she was off on a child-free vacation.
‘Guys I’m about to go on my first child-free holiday in YEARS and I really don’t know how to act’ the 29-year-old wrote.
‘Already missing my babies (even though I know they’ll be having the best time)’ she continued.
‘Nervous but also soooo excited, like a plane ride without a child?? What???? Do I order champagne? Take a nap? The world really is my oyster lmao’.
