Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry says that she and boyfriend Elijah Scott have gotten engaged.
Lowry, 32, on her Coffee Convos Podcast Thursday confirmed that she and Scott, 26, are slated to wed after he proposed to her.
The Honesdale, Pennsylvania-born reality star – who shares eight-month-old twins Valley and Verse and son Rio, one, with Scott – revealed the news to her cohost Lindsie Chrisley 34, who asked her if she was wed or not.
Lowry said, ‘No, I’m not married – this is the ring that they give you before you get married,’ she said, calling attention to the diamond engagement ring Scott presented her with in his proposal.
Lowry said that Scott had asked her to wed before, but she didn’t take the proposals ‘seriously’ since they were not accompanied by a ring.

The Honesdale, Pennsylvania-born reality star revealed the news to her cohost Lindsie Chrisley, who asked her if she was wed or not.
‘I was just like, “We’ll play this by ear – I’ll let you know, if you have a ring one day, we’ll reevaluate” – and then one day he just showed up with a ring,’ Lowry said.
Lowry said that Scott’s non-traditional proposal in an unlikely part of their home came as a pleasant surprise.
‘He came into the bathroom one day while I was getting ready and he gave me the ring,’ Lowry said. ‘I was like, “Oh my God, thank you!”‘
Lowry said that Scott didn’t drop to one knee in popping the question to her: ‘We’ve both been married already, so we both don’t care about the whole “get on one knee and make it all romantic and stuff,” because that’s just not how we are.’
Lowry said she prefers to not be ‘the center of attention’ and ‘would have been happier if [Scott] had left the ring on the table and walked out.’
Lowry was past engaged and wed to ex-husband Javi Marroquin from 2012-2017, and Scott had been married from 2018-2020 to ex-wife Kayla Brooke.
The MTV star is mother to seven children: Lowry and ex Chris Lopez share a pair of sons – Lux, seven, and Creed, four – from their on-and-off romance that spanned between 2016 to 2020.
Lowry is also mother to son Isaac, 14, with her ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera; and son Lincoln, 10, with ex-husband Marroquin.

Lowry praised her fiancé for his ‘cool, calm and collected’ demeanor in an interview with Us Weekly on Tuesday.
‘I’ve never experienced that in my entire life,’ Lowry told the outlet. ‘He’s an angel on this earth, and I don’t know what I did to deserve him.’
Lowry said that her fiancé has a can-do mentality of ‘Nothing is too big of a problem, we’re gonna figure it out,’ adding that it’s ‘really different for’ her.
Lowry said that Scott has ‘seamlessly’ blended in with her family, saying, ‘My kids love him, which is so – I just have never really seen that.’
Said Lowry: ‘Isaac and Elijah are best friends. If Elijah is not at a game for Lincoln, Lincoln’s like, “Where is Elijah?” Not even looking for me, looking for him.
‘And then Lux and Creed love him because they just jump all over him. They think he’s, like, the cool dad. Maybe not their dad, but the cool dad.’
