Teri Hatcher, 59, stuns viewers with her age-defying looks as she reveals Matthew Perry text her when she was kicked off dating app Hinge

Teri Hatcher stunned viewers with her age-defying looks as she appeared on This Morning on Monday. 

The actress, 59, appeared on the show to talk about the 15th anniversary of Coraline, and detailed her dating mishap when she got kicked off the app Hinge and how Matthew Perry text her about it before his tragic death. 

Fans were distracted by Teri’s smooth visage and took to X, formerly Twitter to say Teri barely aged a day since her stint on Desperate Housewives nearly twenty years ago. 

They wrote: ‘Teri Hatcher looks bloody amazing!’ and ‘Looks natural and amazing. Seems lovely.’

‘Teri Hatcher was always a crush from Superman’. 

Teri cut a summery figure in a white ruffle maxi dress which was embroidered with florals. She teamed the look with white strappy sandals. 

Speaking about her latest dating woes, Teri said of her decision to join Hinge: ‘I was sort of saying to the universe I’m open and that even if it doesn’t work I’m doing a gesture to vulnerability.’ 

Teri was married twice before; to Marcus Leithold from 1988-1989, and later to Jon Tenney from 1994-2003. 

She said: ‘When you get kicked off it’s not that you get an email, you just get blocked. And the only recourse I had was to go on Twitter and ask Hinge through that. So they got back to me and put me back on.’ 

 Teri said Matthew text her to share his experience on the dating app too. 

She said: ‘He and I kept in touch periodically after I got to work with him in The Odd Couple, years ago. And that was really funny.

The actress made the most of the sunny weather in London as she stepped out in a floral dress

In the interview, Teri detailed her dating mishap when she got kicked off the app Hinge and how Matthew Perry text her about it (pictured together in The Odd Couple in 2016) 

‘We would kind of check-in once or twice a year. we had that kind of text relationship so when I tweeted, he immediately tweeted me saying: ‘I got kicked off of Hinge too, what the hell are both of us doing on Hinge, anyway?’ 

Matthew tragically died in November aged 54 after a ketamine overdose.  

Elsewhere in the interview, Teri chatted about Desperate Housewives and if a reunion was on the cards. 

The actress played Susan Mayer on the TV series. 

She said: ‘It’s just not in my hands but I do recognise that would be an amazing thing which is why James and I have been able to do a Christmas movie together. 

‘We thought that that was a gesture we could have for the fans [being married in a different series].’
