The Apprentice winner Leah Totton announces her engagement to secret fiancé with a MASSIVE diamond ring

The Apprentice star Dr Leah Totton has revealed she’s engaged to a mystery man. 

The 2013 series winner announced the happy news just hours before Lord Sugar unveils the latest batch of business-obsessed hopefuls in this year’s series.

She wrote: ‘I am genuinely delighted to share the news that I am engaged! My fiancé is the most amazing man on the planet.

‘I am beyond grateful to have him in my life and so excited to become his wife! #engaged #engagement #love #marriage #fiance #drleah #wedding #bridetobe #grateful.’
