The Bachelor’s Bec Chin and fiancé Dean Vicelich have sold their luxurious apartment for $726,000

The Bachelor’s Bec Chin became engaged to Dean Vicelich after he popped the question in August last year during a romantic New Zealand getaway.  

And with the September nuptials fast approaching, the couple have gotten a very nifty wedding present to the tune of $726,000, The Daily Telegraph reports. 

The pair had listed their apartment in the Sydney suburb of Wentworth Point, and the property went under the hammer on August 18, according to the Sunday Telegraph, selling for higher than it’s listing price.

The property, which features water glimpses, was listed through McGrath Concord agent Ania Aquino had a $720,000 price guide. 

Selling at  $726,000 means the paid pulled in $6000 more than the estimate. 

Bec and Dean are reportedly relocating to another Sydney suburb, Chipping Norton, leaving behind their old home for another further out from the city.

The two-bedroom apartment has two bathrooms as well as a secure car parking spot.

Along with a wide-entry foyer that leads to the open plan living and dining area, the apartment has a master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite while the second bedroom is spacious.

The buyer of the pet-friendly home can enjoy access to the apartment complex’s residents-only pool and gym.

Bec found fame vying for Sam Wood’s heart in the  2015 season of The Bachelor, only to lose out to his eventual fiancée Snezana Markoski.

But the unlucky-in-love reality star had her own fairytale ending when she struck up a romance with former rugby league player Dean. 

Bec gave birth to their daughter Savannah Rose in December 2017, announcing on Instagram: ‘Welcome to the world Savannah Rose Vicelich. Out of our dreams and into our lives 28.12.17.’

Just months earlier, Bec and Dean announced their engagement on social media, after the rugged sportsman popped the question during their ‘babymoon’ in New Zealand last year. 

‘A THOUSAND YES’S @dean_vee! Because I want you. I want all of you. Forever. You and me, everyday,’ Bec wrote on Instagram, as she shared a series of photos, including one of her flaunting her sparkling engagement ring.
