The Block stars reveal the entire 2023 cast were snubbed from the Logies at the last minute… amid claims the Channel Seven broadcast was biased against Nine reality stars

The Block stars Leah and Ash Milton have issued their disappointment over not receiving an invite to the 2024 Logie Awards earlier this month.

Taking to their Instagram story on Wednesday, the handy couple were answering questions from fans when the subject of their Logies absence was brought up.

Leah revealed that none of the 2023 cast of the reality series made it to the red carpet.

‘We don’t know why we didn’t get invited,’ Leah said in the short video.

‘The entire cast didn’t get invited, all Channel Nine reality casts weren’t invited. It was really disappointing if I’m being honest. Everyone else from all other networks got to go but we didn’t.’

Ash chimed in, claiming they initially ‘got told we were going’.

Backing up her husband, Leah added that she was disappointed that she wasn’t able to celebrate the hard work of her cast mates.

‘We were all told and everyone was really excited and then, last minute, they pulled the pin,’ she said.

‘It would’ve been a really nice night to celebrate with everyone, the work that the entire cast did. It would’ve been nice, but not for us.’

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Channel Nine and Channel Seven’s representatives for comment.

Leah and Ash Milton finally sold their House 2 in February after struggling to find a buyer for four months since The Block Australia’s season 19 aired last year.

The pair were forced to pass in their home in November when it failed to meet the reserve price of $2.97million at auction.

After months on the market, the Queensland couple announced to Instagram they had finally sold the property for $3.125million – placing them third behind Steph and Gian and Eliza and Liberty.

‘From the very beginning, our aim was not just to build, but to pour our hearts into every corner, hoping to find someone who would appreciate our creation,’ they said on Instagram.

‘It’s been a tough few months as we’ve had a few close calls with this sale,’ they continued.

‘Despite the challenges and the doubts, we have remained steadfast in our vision and we cannot tell you how relieved we are that our dream for this house is finally a reality.’
