Joe Wicks, the man behind The Body Coach, revealed on Friday that it was his and girlfriend Rosie Jones’ due date.
Taking to Instagram to share a sweet selfie, he revealed Rosie’s pregnancy, which they announced in May, was coming to a close.
He penned a caption reading: ‘Today is our official baby due date. We are both super excited now! No signs of it coming yet though. We don’t know the sex either. Guess the sex and baby name in the comments below #thebabyoach’.

Shortly after sharing the snap Joe continued to share his excitement with fans on his Instagram story, writing: ‘The baby is due today I’m fully nested now and ready to be a daddy.’
Over on Rosie’s account the beauty shared a snap of her heavily-pregnant tummy in a form-fitting dress, sweetly captioning it: ‘Happy due date my darling ♥️.’

In the touching caption, Joe excitedly wrote: ‘I’m gonna be a Daddy’ before explaining why he chose to tell his legion of loyal fans.
The Youtube sensation continued: ‘This is the first time I’ve ever shared a photo of myself with Rosie. I’ve always chosen to keep my personal life and relationship private but with such an amazing new thing coming into our lives I thought it would be nice to share the news with you myself.
‘We are both absolutely buzzing to be parents. We don’t know the sex of the baby but it’s due in just over 10 weeks time.’
Though they are not public on social media, Joe was last seen with the glamour model in November.

The Lean In 15 trainer was seen packing on the PDA with his girlfriend in Santa Monica.
He is believed to have started dating the stunning model in September 2016 and the pair have since enjoyed numerous luxurious trips throughout their time together.
Speaking last year on Loose Women, Joe briefly broke his silence on his then ninth-month romance.

He said: ‘I’ve got my Snapchat and Instagram stories going off all day but in terms of me and my girlfriend, we have a very normal life, her name is Rosie.

Talking about how he wanted to find love away from online dating, he told Fabulous magazine in July 2016: ‘I like to get to know people through friends, rather than meet a complete random. I’m a relationship guy and the world of dating scares me a bit.
Before his current squeeze, Joe admitted that his hectic schedule played a part in his break up with his former flame. He said: ‘We just grew apart. But we’re still really good friends. There was no nastiness.’
