Multiple NSW Ambulance crews and a specialist medical team were sent to the scene.
NSW Ambulance Inspector said: ‘Incidents like these are a parent’s and paramedic’s worst nightmare.’
‘As you can imagine arriving at a job like this is fairly horrendous, it was very upsetting for the first responders on scene.
‘Going to a job where a child is involved is extremely difficult for paramedics, the crews on scene work together to get the best possible outcome for our patients.’
