Caroline Dubois’s Olympics dream is OVER after Team GB star suffers split decision defeat to Thai rival Sudaporn Seesondee in the women’s lightweight quarter final

Caroline Dubois’s suffered a split decision defeat to  Sudaporn Seesondee in the women’s lightweight boxing competition, ending her Olympic dream.

The Briton – sister of heavyweight star Daniel – won the Youth Olympics title three years ago and entered Tokyo bidding to emulate her success in Buenos Aires.

However, Thai rival Seesondee secured a huge victory with her fast pace and sharp movements proving favourable on the judges’ scorecards.
