Tom Brady and wife Gisele Bundchen are in a ‘fight’ and have had ‘heated arguments’

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen ‘are in a fight right now,’ allegedly stemming from his decision to un-retire from the NFL.

Gisele, 42, has reportedly left their Tampa Bay, Florida home, according to Page Six, while Tom, 45, is there for team training with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The outlet’s sources revealed that the married couple have had a ‘series of arguments’ over his decision to come out of retirement and play his 23rd season in the NFL.

And things have reportedly become so tense between the two that she has flown from Florida to Costa Rica to cool off.

‘They had agreed he would retire to focus on the family, then he changed his mind,’ the source added.

‘They have a fiery relationship. Gisele is a bit hot-headed – she has that Brazilian heat,’ the insider said.

They tied the knot on February 26, 2009 in Santa Monica, in a wedding they organized in just 10 days.

Tom and Gisele have two children together: son Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, nine; he also has son Jack, 15, from his previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan.

Last month, Tom missed 11 days of training, and when asked why, Tom said: ‘It’s all personal.’

Adding: ‘Everyone’s got different situations they’re dealing with. We all have really unique challenges to our life. I’m 45 years old, man. There’s a lot of s**t going on.’

In March, Tom announced that he is returning to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after 40 days in retirement.

The seven-time Super Bowl Champion took to Twitter to explain his decision to return: ‘These past two months I’ve realized my place is still on the filed and not in the stands. That time will come. But it’s not now. I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I’m coming back for my 23rd season  in Tampa. Unfinished business LFG.’

In May, Gisiele told British Vogue that it takes works to be in a relationship.

‘I don’t think relationships just happen. It’s never the fairy tale people want to believe it is. It takes work to be really in sync with someone, especially after you have kids.’

Adding: ‘His focus is on his career, mine is mostly on the kids.’

In July Tom seemed to be very happy  with his wife as he posted a gushing birthday note.

‘Happy Birthday @gisele. Enjoy your special day and I know this year will be your best year yet ❤️. Thank you for inspiring me with your honesty and authenticity,’ he wrote.

In August she said of him: ‘Happy birthday to one of the most focused, disciplined and fashionable person I know! @tombrady you are so loved and we are always here cheering for you and wishing you all the most wonderful things in life! ❤️’

In 2017 Brady revealed that his wife asked him to leave the game he loves multiple times.

The quarterback sat down for an interview with SiriusXM NFL Radio  where he revealed Bundchen told him she would like him to retire on three occasions during the night of his Super Bowl LI win.

Brady said: ‘If it was up to my wife, she would have me retire today. She told me that last night three times.

‘And I said, “Too bad, babe, I’m having too much fun right now.”‘

Brady added: ‘You know, I feel like I can still do it. If you love what you do and you’re capable of doing it, then I might be so bored if I wasn’t going out there knowing that I could still do it.

‘So I’m going to work hard to be ready to go, and I still plan on playing for a long time.’

One of the main priorities for the Brazilian beauty definitely seems to be her husband’s health as Tom revealed Gisele had given him a necklace that supposedly has protective powers in order to keep him safe in the lead up to the big game.

The superstar said: ‘She gave me this [necklace] for protection, and she’d be really happy that I’m wearing it because she doesn’t like anyone hitting me.

‘She always says, “Throw the ball really fast, really fast.” So that’s what I try to do.’

In January Brady said he would retire from American football after 22 seasons in the game.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback – who has won American football’s biggest prize seven times and is widely considered as the greatest player in the history of the sport – said he would end his career with the team.

The star spent the first 20 years of his career at New England Patriots, and his incredible accolades include five Super Bowl MVPs and three League MVPs.

Brady had previously stated a desire to play until he was 45.

But he said in January his family would have a big say in whether he continues.

‘My wife is my biggest supporter,’ Brady said on his ‘Let’s Go!’ podcast in January.

‘It pains her to see me get hit out there, and she deserves what she needs from me as a husband and my kids deserve what they need from me as a dad.

‘I’m gonna spend some time with them and give them what they need, because they’ve really been giving me what I need the last six months — to do what I need to do and I said this a few years ago.

‘It’s what relationships are all about. It’s not always about what I want. It’s about what we want as a family. And I’m gonna spend a lot of time with them and figure out in the future what’s next.’

He claimed six Super Bowls in his 20-season stint with the New England Patriots, where he played under coach Bill Belichick.

Brady then joined the Buccaneers in 2020 and led them to the second Super Bowl title in franchise history.
