Tom Schwartz was seen for the first time since the third and final installment of the season 10 Vanderpump Rules reunion, which aired on Wednesday night.
As he continues to keep his distance from estranged pal and business partner, Tom Sandoval, who has endured relentless backlash for cheating on his girlfriend of nine years Ariana Madix with Raquel Leviss, the reality star, 40, kept his head down while stepping out in Los Angeles, California.
For his laid-back outing, the TV personality wore an oversized graphic t-shirt, a black ‘Jumbo’s Clown Room’ baseball cap, baggy sweatpants and a pair of green sneakers with orange accents.
He appeared to be tuning out the world while rocking a pair of AirPods and keeping his brown eyes hidden under a pair of black shades.

‘He made a big mess and left for us to clean up, businesses and such. It’s hard for us not to be resentful,’ he said on the When Reality Hits with Jax and Brittany podcast.
Schwartz continued: ‘I’m taking a break from Tom right now, I haven’t spoken to him in a while. I’m happy for him, I know he’s very passionate about the band.’
‘People see him singing with his shirt off, and he looks like he has no contrition, he doesn’t give a f*** and he’s living out his rockstar dreams,’ the Minnesota-born restaurateur told listeners. ‘The lack of remorse… I know he regrets it but he doesn’t do a good job of showing that.’
The Bravolebrity went on to say that Sandoval has to ;drop the ego’ and get some ‘humility.’
‘When you have a full blown affair, your side of the story ceases to exist,’ Schwartz concluded. ‘feel like he exploited me. I took to heart everything he said about Ariana.’

He added that he has ‘no clue’ if Sandoval and Leviss are still romantically involved – and ‘couldn’t be happier’ at his lack of knowledge.
Although the affair was only unveiled in March, both Sandoval and Leviss have revealed their romance actually started last summer.

Tom’s wronged ex Madix revealed to a shocked Scheana Shay and Katie Maloney that her ex first had sex with her former friend Leviss, in Raquel’s car.
That moment came at the worst possible time, as the tryst happened while Ariana, was grieving the death of her dog Charlotte.
On the final Vanderpump Rules reunion episode, Leviss admitted to more sex romps with Tom Sandoval and her desire to be in a ‘throuple’ with him and Madix.
The 28-year-old came clean as she stated that she didn’t wan to ‘lie anymore’ regarding the timeline of her and Sandoval’s affair.

‘I feel like Tom is, like, you know, my one person that I do have. And so, if I just, like, went and betrayed him, then I’d really have nobody,’ Raquel said.
During the episode, she started crying as she revealed why she agreed to get one particular story straight.
‘The reason why Tom wanted to lie about it is because it’s a really bad look to hook up with someone’s boyfriend in their own house. When they’ve gone out of town, especially for, like, a funeral, of all things,’ Raquel said as she broke down in tears.
She was mentioning the time when Ariana was out of town to attend the funeral of her beloved grandmother Bonnie.
‘This has f***ing killed my soul. Like, I am so sick of lying. I hate it. I hate being deceitful. It’s horrible,’ Raquel said while crying hard.
