Typo: Mum horrified after noticing a rude X-rated detail in her ‘cute’ Christmas wrapping paper

A mum was shocked to find that the Christmas wrapping paper she bought was unexpectedly raunchy.

Nicole, from Queensland, shared a photo of the X-rated designs printed on her gift wrapping paper on a Facebook group.

The Typo Christmas paper ($6.99) showed an ‘aroused’ snowman and two deer in a compromising position.

‘To anyone who purchased this cute wrapping paper from Typo … just a little thing or two I noticed,’ she said in the post.

‘I purchased them online and only noticed when I was wrapping my third present – thankfully the first two were for me and my partner,’ the mum told Kidspot. 

She also revealed that she shared the photo with her friends and mother to see if they noticed anything peculiar about the graphic design.

And while Nicole does not plan to abandon the paper completely, she simply used it to wrap small presents and strategically placed the name labels on them. 

‘I find it hilarious and have showed everyone. I put the post up on social media in case someone hadn’t noticed or may have left it too late to buy more paper … and to give people a laugh!’ she added.

The gnome can be seen drinking, urinating in public, and collecting mystical mushrooms.

Nicole’s post received over 400 comments with hundreds of other mums equally shocked about the saucy wrapping paper.

‘Typo is known for its slightly inappropriate, quirky things. I think it’s hilarious now I’ve seen it,’ a mum commented.

Another shopper wrote, ‘I’m so glad you posted this – I was going to buy it for my Santa presents this year for the kids!’
