Tziporah, previously known as Kate Fischer, immediately caused concerned among her followers after sharing the shocking picture.
‘OMG WHAT HAPPENED???? are you okay???? Need hugs and an ice pack?’ commented one person.
‘Ouch… hope you’re ok,’ another person wrote to the bruised former model.

Speaking of her transformation on A Current Affair in May, she said: ‘I was above 120kg. I’ve gone from a size 24 to a 12. I’m about half my size now.’
She attributed her weight loss to ‘clean eating’, meditation, regular exercise sessions and hypnosis therapy.
Tziporah added that she felt depressed after being diagnosed as ‘morbidly obese’ several years ago and ‘hid away’ from the public eye.
