The fifth season of Love Island Australia kicked off on Monday.
And it is shaping up to be the most outrageous yet, with a love triangle involving two sisters.
In a preview of an upcoming episode, Married At First Sight star Bronte Schofield’s sister Kirra, who is one of this year’s Love Island contestants, discovers that one of her suitors is an ex-fling of Bronte’s.
The drama kicks off when handsome male model Reid Polak enters the villa, leaving Kirra gasping in shock.
‘Do you know each other?’ asks host Sophie Monk after noticing the tension between the pair.

It comes after Sophie Monk called this season of Love Island Australia ‘the most dramatic one I’ve seen’.

Meanwhile, a new Love Island spin-off is set to premiere in the US on the Peacock streaming app.
The spin-off, titled Love Island Games, features contestants from various instalments of the series, including Australia and the UK, as they return to the villa for another shot at romance and compete in challenges.
The Australian Islanders include Tina Provis, Mitch Hibberd, and Jessica Losurdo.
