The reality star urged her five million followers to: ‘Own your lumps, bumps and jiggles and embrace every gorgeous inch of you!’

Her inspiring post comes as she works to ‘encourage people to stop beating themselves up’ over their bodies and a reminder that not everything posted on social media is realistic.

In the lengthy caption, she penned: ‘Bodies move, bodies can change, we all have angles we love and some we’re not so enamoured with..

‘All of this is perfectly normal- but what is not normal is the way we’ve been conditioned to think that we are only attractive, desirable or worthy of love if we have flat tummies, perfectly smooth skin, a rock hard butt & pose like our lives depended on it- like in this first pic- where it actually looks like I have something stuck up my butt.’

The television personality added: ‘I never felt good enough, I never felt happy! Don’t get me wrong, I still have my demons & I think as women we’ll always have to work at truly loving what we see in the mirror, at accepting ourselves & our shapes but the older I get- the more comfortable I become just being me.

‘My butt wiggles & jiggles, my thighs have cellulite & my tummy is really only flat if I sit JUST like this. And all of that is ok.. because all of that is normal & healthy & perfectly fine. And I have so much more to offer than just a body shape anyway- we all do!’

She concluded: ‘The journey to loving the skin you’re in isn’t an easy one- and I am by no means all the way there- a lifetime of telling yourself you aren’t good enough takes a while to undo- but I am closer than I’ve ever been and I just want to encourage more of you lovely lot to join me here..

‘We’re all beautiful in our own ways- so get out of your heads and start living your lives!!! Own your lumps, bumps and jiggles and embrace every gorgeous inch of you!! You deserve to live a life filled with fun, self love and carbs..’

It comes after Vicky broke down in tears as she admitted she’d like to give her younger self a hug and tell her ‘things got better’, and ‘not to sacrifice respect for attention’.

Vicky, who said ‘I do’ to fiancé Ercan Ramadan in Dubai this month, opened up about her mental and emotional health for Heart’s No Filter series this week.

And the television personality admitted she struggled to find her true self as she became to be the person she thought other people wanted her to be rather than doing what made her genuinely happy.
