A vulnerable mother has recalled the moment she was sexually assaulted by her predator psychiatrist after confiding in him about her problems.
Jodie Fisher, from Melbourne, first received treatment from Dr Rajan Thomas for bipolar at Delmont Hospital in 2011 as she came to terms with the death of her father and stillborn son.
But the 69-year-old psychiatrist began to act increasingly unprofessional by shifting their meetings to discuss sex, her masturbation drive and even showing her pornography.

Ms Fisher, who had not previously been treated for her mental health, admitted she was not sure if what he was showing her was normal or not.
‘He took advantage of me when I was at my most vulnerable,’ Ms Fisher told A Current Affair.
Ms Fisher said Thomas continued to feed her different drugs and she was forced to go back and visit him every couple of weeks.
Over the years of treatment, Thomas would move closer to his patient from his desk before touching her, holding her hand and sexually assaulting her.
The predatory behaviour reached extremes in November 2015 when Thomas reached his hands through Ms Fisher’s clothes.
‘He came over and put his hands down my clothes into my bra, nearly ripped my bra off. He was reaching his hand around my back trying to get his hands down my pants,’ she said.

‘He was frothing at the mouth. It was disgusting, I really felt violated.’
Ms Fisher said she sat frozen with her legs crossed while he assaulted her.
Thomas initially pleaded not guilty to the sexual assault but investigators found his DNA on Ms Fisher’s bra and he changed his plea.
Thomas, who no longer has a medical license, will be sentenced in Victoria’s County Court on Friday.
At a pre-sentencing hearing earlier in the month, County Court Judge Liz Gaynor described the breach of trust as ‘absolutely catastrophic’, The Age reported.
