‘Your kids are cute but does your daughter always wear makeup?’ asked one.

Maria curtly responded: ‘She can wear lipstick or lip gloss whenever she likes.’

Despite the post receiving mostly positive comments from fans, another follower complained about Maria’s kids wearing designer outfits.

‘Kids shouldn’t be dressed in designer gear they’re about to grow out of. How about donating to the homeless!’ one critic wrote.

The series debuted on Channel Seven in 2017 to dismal ratings, but later became a cult hit when it was picked up by Netflix.

Maria exited the show after season one, and was replaced with IT professional Iva Marra.

It’s unclear whether or not Yummy Mummies will ever return for a third season.
