She tied the knot with husband Paul Doran Jones in July after two years together, and the couple welcomed their first child together in September last year.
And, as Christmas approaches, Zoe Hardman has even more to celebrate as she announced her and Paul are expecting their second child.
The 35-year-old radio and TV presenter revealed the news to fans in an adorable Instagram post, sharing a snap of her, Paul and their daughter Luna in front of a sparkling Christmas tree with her burgeoning bump on full display.

In the post Zoe wrote: ‘SO. Some pretty exciting news this end. For the last 5 months I’ve been growing another tiny human. We are all so thrilled about it and can’t wait to meet the smallest member of the Doran Jones/Hardman clan come spring.
‘The two under two club here we come!! Happy Christmas you wonderful bunch from me, Doz, Isla Bear, Luna bug and bump’
Zoe married Paul in a beautiful ceremony in Ibiza this summer, with stars including Heidi Range, Caroline Flack and Matt Johnson in attendance.
Speaking about their Spanish nuptials to Hello!, Zoe revealed their boho inspired day was surrounded by their nearest and dearest, who gushed about how much love filled their big day.

She said: ‘Our friends are like family to us and we wanted everyone we love to be there. I wanted a relaxed, boho vibe, where family and friends could party until dawn.
‘Marrying the man of my dreams on an island we both adore, was amazing.
‘Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. It was so wonderful. Everyone told us they’d never been to a wedding so full of love.’
The couple are proud parents to Luna, and Paul also has daughter Isla from a previous relationship.

The star revealed her delight at falling pregnant the first time, after fearing she would be unable to conceive after her sister Kathryn went through early menopause at the age of just 34.
Appearing on This Morning alongside her older sibling Kathryn, emotional Zoe discussed her journey and undergoing IVF treatment, describing discovering she had a low egg count as a ‘ticking time bomb’.
After undergoing gruelling IVF, the Heart Radio presenter and her rugby player beau Paul found out their were to become parents at the end of 2015.
