Binky Felstead slammed for promoting a babysitting app

Binky Felstead has come under fire for promoting the services of a babysitting app on Instagram.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 27, uploaded a sweet snap of her holding her six-month-old daughter India – who she shares with beau Josh ‘JP’ Patterson – as she detailed the particular form of assistance.

However, the reality star was met with tremendous backlash from some of her followers as they revealed they would ‘never leave their child with a stranger’, while others branded her post ‘shocking’ and scary.’

‘Shocking!’ Binky Felstead, 27, has come under fire for promoting the services of a babysitting app on Instagram

Binky’s snap was innocent enough with her looking lovingly at India as she stuck out her tongue.

Explaining the motive behind her snap, she added a lengthy caption: ‘Finding great babysitters to look after our bubbas is tough…So Mums, check out the @bubblebabysittingapp.

‘I’ve been using it a lot recently – it’s been a saviour being a working mummy. All sitters on the app have passed a background check and you can see the sitters your friends use and their reviews from other parents. You can pick someone that’s totally right for you and it’s cashless too, which I absolutely love.

‘Search bubble babysitter in the app store,’ she added.

However, her message wasn’t well received by her followers as they proceeded to leave comments on fury such as the following:

'Scream concerns!' The former Made In Chelsea star was met with backlash some of her followers revealed they would 'never leave their child with a stranger' while others branded her post 'shocking' and scary'

‘Some people don’t care who they leave there children with as long as there still going out.

‘It is not about being a hater or moaning. Are you a parent? I would never use an app and my son is 12 yrs on Monday. I would never, ever leave my son with a stranger. When he went to nursery we had settling in sessions so he got to know them all before I felt comfortable leaving him whilst I went to work. This app screams concern!’

‘You can’t be serious binky!i don’t know anyone who would leave their child with a stranger found through an app,let alone an extremely well known wealthy personality.speak to who manages your posts and endorsements and tell them to cop on.you will be modelling real fur next at this rate….’

‘Imagine leaving your child with someone you found on an app?? I find it hard to go out and leave her with her Dad let alone a complete stranger.’

‘This app could be offering up Mary Poppins as a babysitter and I still wouldn’t use it for my little one.’

‘What if the baby isn’t comfortable with a stranger? I don’t like the sound of this app one bit.’

‘How random!! That sounds scary lol eff that!!

‘This is shocking!! Your literally encouraging women to leave their children with strangers. As if you have ever used this app. Anything for a few quid
