The sequin-embellished gown was a risky wardrobe choice, with the plunging neckline reaching her waist.
And as the carefully groomed TV personality posed for snaps, one of the straps fell to the side, causing her face to drop in horror as she exposed her chest to the photographers.
But the starlet took the fashion faux pas in good humour, later posting the snap to Instagram.
‘I had another photo ready, but since this one is going to accompany me all my life … here you have it!’ she wrote alongside the snap.

Adriana was first thrust into the spotlight in 2014, when she was caught cheating on a game show.
Appearing on a game show which tasked contestants with identifying well-known, she had downloaded the app Shazam to her mobile and then hid the phone between her legs.
As the first song played, she surreptitiously switched the phone on but did not bank on the app which can identify songs and singers within seconds sending her a text message causing the screen to light up.

The show’s host Christian Galvez spotted the giveaway light and asked Abenia what was going on.
The embarrassed Abenia – who was voted 63rd sexiest woman in the world by FHM’s readers – confessed all.
‘To be honest I think she deserves a special prize anyway because in seven years of organising this TV contest, nobody has ever done anything like this and certainly not quite as brazenly,’ said Galvez.
