Aldi releases epic $129 retro turntable just in time for Christmas

Aldi’s latest Special Buy has sent loyal customers in a spin with many crowning it the ultimate last-minute Christmas present for those you love.

The German supermarket debuted its Retro Turntable on December 17 for a record-low $129 after it made waves last year. 

Its available in a vintage teal and cream colourway or traditional charcoal with three speeds, integrated stereo speakers, bluetooth streaming and an AUX input.

While stock did drop on Friday it will only be available in stores while stocks last so it’s worth getting in quickly with Christmas just around the corner.

Those who saw Aldi’s post on Facebook about the turntable were immediately impressed.

‘The ultimate nostalgic sound machine is here! Introducing the Retro Turntable with Legs,’ the caption of the post read.

‘Wow one of these would be awesome if you still have some records,’ one woman remarked.

‘I bought my son one of these and its fantastic,’ said another.

‘Omg, I love this,’ added a third.
