Aldi is re-launching its popular laundry and garbage hampers after they flew off the Australian shelves when they were first stocked last year. 

The popular $59 hamper was part of the German-owned retailer’s homeware range which was launched in July 2020.

It sold out so quickly many disappointed customers missed out on the opportunity to take one home.

The laundry hamper was popular the first time it launched, in 2020, and is expected to sell even more quickly this time 

But they are once again being offered as part of the bi-weekly special buys range on July 17.

One customer noticed the hamper in the most recent catalogue and wasted no time sharing the great news online.

‘This laundry hamper has been a game changer for our rubbish and recycling,’ she said, posting photos of her own set up. 

And others were equally impressed and excited to hear the hampers would soon be on sale.

‘Thank you so much for sharing, I have been waiting a year for these to come back,’ one woman said.

The hamper is meant for laundry but the woman who posted about it has a 27 litre bin in each side and uses it to sort her rubbish and recycling.

Others said they would use the handy item to sort everything from kids toys to shoes. 

The hamper is part of the luxe for less collection which will once again include a $59.99 double laundry hamper, shoe cupboard and washing machine cupboard.
