Recently released Andrew Tate has sworn that there is ‘zero per cent’ chance that he will be found guilty of the sex trafficking, rape and gang charges against him.
Tate and his brother Tristan, alongside two alleged female accomplices, were released on house arrest from a Romanian jail on Friday evening having been incarcerated since December.
As he and his brother walked out of the Bucharest jail together, the misogynistic influencer remained silent while Tristan delivered a brief statement claiming the judge’s decision would be ‘vindicated’.
Tate, 36, later broke his silence by claiming there was ‘zero percent chance’ of him being found guilty before uploading the strange topless video back at the Romanian residence he was arrested at on December 29.
Tate was arrested on December 29 in Bucharest along with Tristan and two Romanian women – Luana Radu, 32, and Georgina Naghel, 28 – on suspicion of several offences and forming an organised crime group to exploit victims.

Speaking after his release, Tate said: ‘Freedom at last. It’s a bit emotional. I’ve been in one room since last year so its a little bit emotional. I wanna give respect firstly to the judges who heard us today because they were very attentive and they listened to us and let us free so I have to give absolute respect to them.
‘I have no resentment in my heart for the country of Romania or anyone else. I just believe in the truth. I believe in God and the fire of truth will eventually destroy all lies and anybody who lies on a long enough time frame will feel the sting of regret and I believe in this.
‘I truly believe that justice will be served in the end. There is zero percent chance of me being found guilty of something I have not done. I maintain my absolute innocence and I think most people understand this and I look forward to being home.’
Tate also claimed that he now has ‘absolute clarity of thought’ in a bizarre topless video of him pacing backwards and forwards while smoking a cigar at his home after he was released from jail on house arrest.
Along with the video of himself puffing out cigar smoke inside the Bucharest villa – where he allegedly ‘held women like prisoners and forced them to create online pornographic content’ – Tate said: ‘Since last year I’ve been in 24 hour lockdown.
He added: ‘No yard time. Pacing a 3metre cell with zero electronics or outside contact. Absolute clarity of mind. Real thoughts. Real plans. Vivid pain. One hour home and I can’t stand my phone. Some habits die hard. We must defeat Shaytan.’

Earlier this month, the group of four appeared at a bail hearing which Tate hoped would result in him being released from prison and placed under house arrest after nearly three months behind bars.
That bail application was rejected by a judge on Wednesday and all four appealed the decision. Today, the Court of Appeal in Bucharest ruled that the brothers and two alleged accomplices would be released from prison and be placed under house arrest.
A spokesman for the Tate brothers exclusively told MailOnline: ‘We are ecstatic to announce the Romanian judicial system approved Andrew’s and Tristan Tate’s appeal against last week’s extension decision. They will be placed under house arrest while the investigation continues.
‘We are appreciative of the judge and courts for allowing the brothers to return home. Both brothers are looking forward to being reunited with their families in Romania and want to extend their thanks to all the supporters who have stood by them during this time.
‘They will continue to fight to clear their name of these fabricated accusations; however, this is a big step in the right direction.’
All four have been ordered to stay in the building where they live, unless granted permission to leave by the courts.
Reporters and members of the public flocked around the Tate brothers as they left jail.
Tristan, walking ahead of his brother, gave a short statement, saying: ‘I just want to say the judges today made the right decision. I respect what they’ve done for me and they will be vindicated in their decision because I am an innocent man and I can’t wait to prove it.’
One of ‘Tate’s Angels’ Georgiana Naghel, who is also an American citizen, is described as a businesswoman and influencer who is believed to have been dating Tate for almost a year.

Meanwhile, the second alleged accomplice Luana Radu was previously based at a police station in central Bucharest but quit the force eight years ago to pursue a career working in video chat rooms, which attract men from all over the world and have become a lucrative industry in Romania.
Tate and his brother were left ‘speechless’ by the decision to deny them bail earlier this week as they prepared to face another 30 days in prison on sex trafficking charges.
They were due to be remanded in custody until April 29. None of the four have been formally charged yet.
While in prison, Tate became the latest target of South Park parody in an episode featuring a ‘Romanian sex trafficker’ and ‘toxic masculinity coach’ – whose appearance bore resemblance to the toxic influencer.
Tate has responded to the clip on Twitter, writing: ‘When I will be proven innocent. I look forward to help create the greatest South Park episode of all time.’

Although Tate has not yet been charged, six women have been identified by prosecutors as victims.
Last month, Tate lost another appeal against a judge’s earlier decision to extend his arrest for a third time.
A document explaining an earlier decision to keep them in jail said the judge took into account the ‘particular dangerousness of the defendants’ and their capacity to identify victims ‘with an increased vulnerability, in search of better life opportunities’.
Prosecutors have said the Tate brothers recruited their victims by seducing them and falsely claiming to want a relationship or marriage.

The victims were then taken to properties on the outskirts of the capital, Bucharest, and coerced to produce pornographic content for social media sites that generated large financial gain, prosecutors said.
Tate, once a kickboxer, was removed from Big Brother in 2016 over a video appearing to show him attacking a woman.
His shocking remarks on social media led to him being temporarily banned on Twitter after he said women should ‘bear responsibility’ for being sexually assaulted.
Despite the charges against him, Tate has gained an large following, particularly among young men.
