Bachelorette’s Michael Turnbull returns to the mansion

He had his heart broken after Sam Frost chose Sasha Mielczarek over him on The Bachelorette.

And on Friday night Michael Turnbull returned to the scene-of-the-crime attending a party held at the onetime Bachelorette mansion in affluent Sydney suburb Hunters Hill.

 Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Australia, Michael said going back to the mansion was a surprisingly positive event.

‘I was almost expecting to see Osher waiting to greet me,’ Michael joked.

The handsome 36-year-old revealed that not much had changed since his time on the show back in 2015.

 ‘There were some mixed memories,’ he said, adding that appearing on the show was ‘one of the best experiences of my life’.

‘Even though I had my heartbroken I learnt so much about myself,’ he revealed.

Keeping it classy: Michael opted to keep his look classy wearing a fitted black suit and white shirt which he pulled together with a slimline black tie.

In an even more ironic twist, the party was held for the Season 3 premiere of Stan’s UnREAL, a drama which purports to show the behind-the-scenes of a Bachelor-style dating show.

Second chance: He’s now set to appear on Channel Ten’s Bachelor In Paradise later this year which he has promised is ‘full of surprises’

He added a touch of edge to his look ensuring that his arm tattoo could be seen poking out from the bottom of his sleeve.  

 Despite his earlier heartbreak Michael hasn’t given up on his search for love.

He’s now set to appear on Channel Ten’s Bachelor In Paradise later this year which he has promised is ‘full of surprises’.
