Bill Withers’ Hollywood Hills home sells for $3.7M… to same firm that bought Kanye West’s Malibu mansion

The same Hollywood Hills home that singer Bill Withers spent the last two decades of his life in has just been sold.

The home has sold for $3.7 million in an off-market deal, according to a new report from TMZ.

The singer purchased the home in 1998 for $714K and sold it in 2019 for $2.835 million, just months before he passed away in March 2020 from heart complications at 81.

The home’s new buyer is Belwood Investments, a ‘real estate crowdfunding’ company that allows people to invest in various restorations.

The same firm made headlines just one day earlier when it was revealed they purchased Kanye West’s Malibu mansion for $21 million… more than half less than the original asking price of $53 million.
