Boxing fans are sent into hysterics over Oleksandr Usyk’s reaction to Tyson Fury’s post-match rant

Boxing fans have been sent in hysterics after Oleksandr Usyk appeared unphased by Tyson Fury’s post-match rant on Saturday night.

WBC world heavyweight champion Fury easily beat Derek Chisora in London via 10th round stoppage before confronting Usyk, who is the WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO world heavyweight champion, and Joe Joyce, at ringside.

Fury exploded with abuse aimed at Usyk before paying respect to Joyce, but the Ukrainian was unbothered by the Brit’s words and fans on social media have praised the 35-year-old for keeping his cool in typically funny nature.

‘Where’s Usyk the rabbit’? Fury first said in the ring.

‘Eh rabbit? Usyk you’re next you little b****. You are next. Me and you next. You’re next. Rabbit! P****! 15st little midget bodybuilder. Well I ain’t a bodybuilder, I’m going to write you off. 

‘I already done one Ukrainian in [Wladimir] Klitschko didn’t I? And I’ll do you as well, gappy teeth. 

‘You ugly little man. Lets get it on b****. You may laugh now but I’ll end this lil sucker. I’ll end you. You little sucker. What are you gonna do? You’re gonna do f*** all you little sausage.’

The two faced off at ringside before Joyce joined the fray, a fighter Fury branded ‘the biggest, toughest son of a gun out there.’

Fury tried to raise tensions but Usyk, as he usually does, remained cool and stared the Gypsy King down before even taking a phone call in the melee.

‘Usyk taking a phone call while Tyson Fury is yelling in his face was the highlight of the whole fight’, said one Twitter user.

‘Usyk getting called gap toothed and a rabbit in front of 60,000 people in a face off then takes a phone call. Enjoyable scenes’, added another.

Fellow British heavyweight Joe Joyce was also ringside for the fight and faced off with Fury

‘Fury just screeching his usual brand of “you sausage/dosser/mug” at Usyk and Usyk just staring through him is hilarious’, said a third.

Fury is now targeting a unification fight with Usyk, but is keen to face fellow Brit Joyce if the fight can’t be made.

All three fighters are still undefeated in their careers, with Usyk coming off the back of back-to-back wins over Anthony Joshua and Joyce’s biggest scalp Joseph Parker.

Fans are keen to see Fury take on either fighter, with one Twitter user posting: ‘Fury vs. Usyk. Let’s go.’

Another added: ‘Good heavyweight fights lined up for next year. fury usyk then hopefully fury vs Joyce. I want to see fury and Joyce more tho.’
