A bride who enjoyed fast food and snacked on chips, chocolate and lollies lost 14 kilos before she walked down the aisle by switching to a meal plan and doing an eight-week exercise challenge.

Stefanie Camden, from Sydney, was struggling to get her eating habits under control, skipping breakfast most days and buying something ‘quick and easy’ for lunch while at work.

‘I had a gym membership but it wasn’t uncommon for me to make excuses as to why I couldn’t go. I was lucky to get there once or twice a week,’ the 31-year-old told FEMAIL.

So she looked into ordering Lite n’ Easy’s breakfast, lunch and dinner plans for five days out of every week.

‘Breakfasts were usually toasted sandwich thins or cereal,’ she said.

Lunch: Fresh salads or light meals that could be heated up at work.

Dinner: Spaghetti bolognese, lasagna and tortilla stack.

‘Lunches mostly consisted of fresh salads or light meals that could be heated up at work.

‘My favourite dinners were the spaghetti bolognese, lasagna and the tortilla stack.’

On top of that Stefanie signed up to an eight week challenge at her local gym to kickstart her fitness levels again.

It involved a mixture of cardio and resistance sessions which she has been able to maintain with group exercise classes ever since.

‘I was able to show off the hard work I had put in to my body while still wearing a dress that felt like me,’ she said.

‘Even now after a year I have continued to make progress and my next goal is fitness-based rather than weight-based.’
