A British ski instructor has pleaded guilty to a violent sex attack on a woman after a night out at Australia’s Perisher resort.

He knocked the man unconscious and repeatedly punched the woman before raping her in the street.

Williams was arrested five days later and pleaded guilty in Queanbeyan Local Court on Tuesday.

On the night of the attack, the victims left The Banjo Patterson Inn at about 1am to return to their hotel in Jindabyne.

Williams approached the pair, who cannot be named, after following them from the pub for one kilometre.

He brutally bashed the man and kicked him on the ground until he passed out.

Then he punched the woman, causing her to fall to the ground.

She screamed and said: ‘What do you want? Do you want money? Take what you want.’

Williams laughed at her before she lost consciousness, reported the Sydney Morning Herald.

The woman woke up with Williams pinning her to the ground.

She struggled to get free and he punched her more times before aggressively removing her clothes and raping her.

The man regained consciousness and tried to help his friend but Williams assaulted him again.

The friend managed to run to the other side of the road and flag down a passing car.

The attacker then fled the scene, leaving his smart watch behind as the victims called police.

Williams told colleagues the next day he had a ‘rough, rough night’.

When they noticed his hand was badly injured, he told them he had banged his wrist while skiing.

On Tuesday Williams pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault, inflicting actual bodily harm with intent to have sexual intercourse with another, and possessing a prohibited drug.

Three other assault charges were dropped.

He will be reappear at NSW District Court in Goulburn in May for sentencing.

Williams was in Australia on a temporary visa working as a ski-cross and alpine racing teacher at the famous Perisher Ski Resort.

The resort’s website listed him as a ‘highly experienced and knowledgeable’ teacher, who had been working with its snow school since 2014.

‘Matt is one of the most versatile members on the team and has proved himself time and time again coaching ski-cross and alpine racing,’ his online bio read before it was removed last year.
