The Carlton football club player walked down the aisle with new bride Grace Phillips last week in Noosa.
In photos shared to social media, the couple held an intimate ceremony attended by family and friends, including Jack’s Carlton teammates Sam Docherty, Patrick Cripps and Jack Martin.
The outdoor ceremony was followed by a sit down dinner, with the bride and groom looking absolutely smitten at a table decorated with white blooms.
Grace looked stunning in an off-the-shoulder ivory gown from Kyha Studios, which featured a long train.
