Dangerous driving charges against Charlie Teo’s daughter, 24, are DROPPED after a serious crash that left an ex-bikie boss critically injured

The daughter of top neurosurgeon Charlie Teo facing trial over a crash which left an former bikie boss fighting for life has had all her charges dismissed.

Nicola Teo, 26, appeared in Sydney’s Downing Centre District Court on Tuesday over the 2019 crash in the NSW Hunter Valley that left former Comanchero boss Jock Ross in a critical condition.

Prosecutors told the court they would drop all charges against which were formally withdrawn and dismissed by Judge Warwick Hunt.

‘Ms Teo, that means that there’s nothing that holds you here – you’re free to go and get on with your life,’ he told her.
