Chris Rock took his mother Rosalie out for dinner at Crustacean in Beverly Hills on Friday night.
The 59-year-old comedian appeared to be in high spirits as he had a lighthearted conversation with his mother before they made their way into the eatery to spend a bit of quality time with each other.
The performer – who was recently spotted in the company of Kanye West and Bianca Censori – kept it casual in a navy blue t-shirt that was worn underneath a black button-up jacket.
Rock also wore a pair of olive green cargo pants, and he completed his look with bright white sneakers.
The Grammy Award-winning comedian’s outing took place not long after it was revealed that he would be directing a remake of the 2020 dark comedy feature Another Round.

The news about the actor’s upcoming project was revealed by Deadline last month, and it was also announced that Leonardo DiCaprio would serve as one of the project’s producers.
Stuart Bloomberg has written a draft of the feature’s script, and a new writer will be contacted to polish up the screenplay with Rock.
Another Round is centered on a group of schoolteachers who take part in an experiment where they attempt to stay in a constant state of drunkenness during their working hours.
The cast of the film, which was directed by Danish filmmaker Thomas Vinterberg, was led by Mads Mikkelsen, and it also included Thomas Bo Larsen, Magnus Millang and Lars Ranthe.
Another Round premiered during the 2020 Toronto International Film Festival, and it was released in Denmark in September of that year.
The feature received widespread critical acclaim, and it currently holds a rating of 93% on Rotten Tomatoes.
Another Round went on to receive the Academy Award for Best International Feature Film.
Vinterberg was also put up for the award for Best Director, which ultimately went to Chloe Zhao.
