Domino’s sex shame barmaid says she’s ‘utterly mortified’

A barmaid who had sex with her boyfriend in a busy Domino’s Pizza while they waited for their order has spoken of her shame.

Drunken Daniella Hirst and Craig Smith had sex against the counter at the takeaway chain in Scarborough as shocked staff attempted to go about their business.

CCTV footage of their behaviour was shown in a magistrates court last week as they were told they could be jailed for outraging public decency.

Daniella Hirst has spoken for the first time since admitting outraging public decency

Hirst, 29, has now told how she is ‘utterly mortified’ about what happened, which has led to her and her family being bombarded with abuse online.

She told The Sun: ‘I’m understandably scared about the possibility of going to prison but I’ll have to deal with it if it happens. What we did was horrendous and we deserve to be punished.’

She said she regrets what happened, but admitting to liking having sex in public because she loves ‘the thrill you may get caught’.

Hirst, 29, and Smith, 31, were waiting for a stuffed crust pizza when they let their ‘exuberant spirits get the better of them’, a court heard.

Scarborough Magistrates Court was shown an x-rated 18-minute CCTV video showing Hirst performing a sex act on Smith while members of staff prepared food at the shop in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.

They then had sex against the counter in the corner of the takeaway, just feet away from workers.

Hirst, who arrived in court wearing a pink dress and black tights, sat with her hands over her eyes in shame through the more explicit parts of the film.

She previously described her behaviour as ‘horrendous’ and said she ‘cringed’ when watching the clip during a police interview. Her lawyer said her ‘dirty laundry has been aired in public’.

Hirst pleaded guilty to ‘committing an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner’ after the pizza shop encounter, which took place on February 25 last year.

Smith was found guilty in his absence as he is on remand for other offences. The couple now face a maximum of six months in prison or a fine.
